How to consume it: drink half a liter in the morning and the rest throughout the day. Eat fruit, salad, or tuna in limited amounts if you feel hungry. These foods are high in vitamin B12 and are powerful enough to improve the overall health. You will not feel hungry as the brain gets information from the blood to determine the incidence of hunger.
